4:00a.m.  Race greeting/instructions
4:20a.m.  Pre-race warm-up
4:20a.m.  Relay leg 2 departs for Exchange points 1/3
4:45a.m.  Relay leg 3 departs for Exchange points 2
4:50a.m.  Runners proceed to start line
5:00a.m.  RACE START
5:15a.m.  Relay leg 4 departs for Exchange points 1/3
6:15a.m.  First expected finisher
7:30a.m.  Awards Ceremony begins
9:30a.m.  Transportation shuttle departs 

Transportation To and From Start Line
Free shuttle bus service to the start line will be available for all race participants. See below for schedule. Buses will wait 10 minutes at each location before departing. Non-runners will be transported on a “space available basis”. Return shuttles will depart Governor Joseph Flores Memorial Park (Ypao Beach) after the Awards Ceremony at approximately 9:30am.

Transportation of Ekiden Relay Runners to Exchange Points
Ekiden relay runners for legs 2 through 4 will be transported to their respective exchange points beginning at 4:20a.m. on race morning from Governor Joseph Flores Memorial Park -Ypao Beach (Hilton side parking area). Buses will be clearly marked with the exchange points they are destined for. Pick-up service will begin at 5:45a.m. for runners who have completed their exchange. Please see transportation schedule below.

Parking
San Vitores Road between the Pacific Islands Club and Ypao Road will be inaccessible beginning at 2:00a.m., Sunday, October 17 For those driving to the event site, please use alternate routes. No parking will be allowed in Governor Joseph Flores Memorial Park (Ypao Beach) beginning Saturday, October 16 at 10:00p.m. Vehicle access to the north side of the park will be limited to official event staff on race morning. Parking at Start Line is prohibited. Participants and spectators will be able to park in the south side of the park (closest to the Hilton) on a space available basis.
