Course Description
Half Marathon
The Guam International Marathon, including the half marathon, 10K and 5K, are out and back race courses that start and end at the Gov. Joseph A. Flores Memorial Park (Ypao Beach), Tumon. Runners start immediately in front of the Guam Visitors Bureau (GVB) in Tumon. All races proceed north on Pale San Vitores Road before taking a right hand turn on Route 14A (Tumon Bay Road). At Marine Corps Drive (K-Mart intersection) runners will take a right hand turn and head south.

Half Marathon soloists will continue to head south on Marine Corps Drive through East Hagatna and Hagatna.

The Ekiden Relay will consist of a 5k course that travels the same route as the half marathon, turning around after reaching the 1.5k mark in Tamuning near the United City Ticket Office (Century Plaza). On the return, the runners will stay in the inside south-bound lane until reaching the starting the GVB intersection at which point runners will make a right turn down the hill into the Ypao Beach parking lot where the finish line/relay exchange point is located.
